Yes. We regularly purchase properties that need cosmetic updates or significant repairs. You do not need to fix anything or clean out the property before we look at it or make an offer.
How fast can you close if I decide to sell?
In many cases, we can close in as little as 7–10 days, depending on title work and your loan details. If you need more time to move or make arrangements, we can also schedule closing later so it fits your timeline.
Do you charge any fees or commissions?
No. We are the buyer, not an agent. There are no commissions, and we cover the typical closing costs associated with the transaction unless we discuss something different in writing with you.
What if I’m already in foreclosure or have an auction date?
Please reach out as soon as possible so we can review your timeline in detail. In some cases, there is still time to sell or work with your lender; in others, options may be limited. We will be honest about what is realistic.
